1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://obmschennai.in ("the Site"), and by registering as a member, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals and families. Fees apply:

  • Family Membership (up to 4 members): ₹7,500
  • Stag Membership: ₹4,000
  • Additional member (6–70 years): ₹1,500 each
  • Complimentary for under-5 and over-70 (Max 5 members per membership)

3. Membership & Payments

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, covering cultural events and meals (Durga Puja, Laxmi Puja, Kali Puja, etc.)
  • Additional donations are voluntary and welcome.
  • Payments are processed via specified payment links or QR code options on OBMS website.

4. Code of Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

  • Behave respectfully during events.
  • Comply with event rules and local regulations.
  • Refrain from offensive or disruptive behavior.

OBMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misconduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, branding) on the Site is owned by OBMS and may not be used or reproduced without express permission.

6. User Content

If you submit content (e.g., photos in gallery, comments), you grant OBMS a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, or display it. OBMS may remove any content that is inappropriate or violates standards.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to external websites. OBMS does not endorse or control them, and is not liable for their content or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

OBMS provides content and services "as is" and without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, OBMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in events.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Effective as of” date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
